The A509 is a compact heavy-duty baler that packs 8 tonnes of force into its tiny 1.5m² footprint and has an extremely quick pressing cycle of under 15 seconds.
The A509’s massive pressing chamber and broad door allow it to process enormous amounts of heavy waste, and it is adaptable to various recyclable materials, including compact plastic (300 kg bales), cardboard (225 kg bales), and others.

The third-generation Mil-tek pneumatic baler, the A509, uses compressed air to push and release the plate using two heavy-duty double-acting cylinders.
The A509 may be easily connected to an existing air supply because it runs on compressed air. This provides an efficient power source that does not contain hydraulic oil and is therefore free of contamination risks.
