With an impressively short pressing cycle of less than 15 seconds, the A406 compresses with 8 tonnes of force while covering a floor space footprint of just 1m².

Featuring dual, double-cycling cylinders that enhance pressing cycle speed and force, the A406 baler is the third generation of pneumatic balers from Mil-tek. The pressing plate is locked in place to further crush the material while the patented ECO-Drive technology efficiently distributes power to it on the downward cycle. When released, the pressing plate is returned using compressed air.

The A406’s operation on compressed air eliminates the need for hydraulic oil and eliminates any potential for contamination.

The A406 has a spacious pressing chamber that can accommodate big plastic bags and boxes, and it is also adaptable to other recyclable materials, such as compact plastic (225 kg bales) and cardboard (175 kg bales). All of Mil-tek’s machines come equipped with EN16500 features, and the A406’s two-handed bale-out mechanism is both simple and safe.
