The A305 is a medium-sized baler that comes with a deep chamber, a powerful double-cycling cylinder, and an easy-to-use two-handed bale out mechanism. It can be adjusted to handle both plastic and cardboard.

With its state-of-the-art pneumatic technology, the Mil-tek A305 baler guarantees incredibly efficient compaction while consuming very little power.

Operating at a low noise level of less than 57 dB(a), the A305 can condense with 4 tonnes of pressing power while only requiring 8 bars of pressure.

Modern pneumatic technology, as seen in the third-generation A305 by Mil-tek, presses and releases the pressing plate by use of compressed air via the cylinder.

The pressing cycle speed and force are both enhanced by a cylinder that doubles as an actuator. The pressing plate is locked in place to further crush the material while the patented ECO-Drive technology efficiently distributes power to it on the downward cycle. When released, the pressing plate is returned using compressed air.

In large facilities, the A305 can be easily connected to the airline, and in smaller ones, it fits snugly into the available space.

The A305 is versatile and may be used for a variety of materials; it can generate bales of up to 170 kg of plastic and 100 kilogramme of cardboard. You can get the perfect bale size for your material and work environment by adjusting it through six different sizes.

Automated bale-out

You won’t need return springs anymore thanks to a double-cycling cylinder that speeds up the pressing cycle. On the downward cycle, the pressing plate is locked in place to further compact the material, and the power is efficiently distributed by the patented ECODrive technology.

An automatic balancing system is a convenient and secure feature of the A305. To release the bale, the operator must stand at the machine’s side and utilise a two-handed mechanism, as per EN16500 safety norms. Because of its small footprint of only 0.85m², the A305 is suitable for a wide variety of office settings.
