The small footprint size and convenient height of the E219 electric baler make it suitable for smaller warehouses and locations that do not already have an existing access to compressed air.
The E219 is powered by 3-phase electricity and free from hydraulics. A wider door opening and optimal loading height mean it can handle medium size boxes as well as bulkier materials like loose plastic to maximize on-site segregation and recycling.
At a little 1.8 meters in height, the Electric E219 is the diminutive model among the electric balers that make up the E-series. Despite its little stature, the door’s almost 1-meter-wide entrance permits the loading of substantial quantities of material at an ideal working height.
Just like other machines in the E-Series, the E219 has a state-of-the-art control system that lets you lock the pressing plate in place and start the cycle. The Stay ‘n’ Hold function maintains a consistent pressure level without drawing any additional power.
The E219 electric baler is ideal for installations in confined spaces due to its compact design and low profile. However, the ideal loading height of the E-series range is still preserved.
Cardboard, plastic, and other recyclables are all good candidates for the E219 machine. Packed into tight bales of about 50 kg of cardboard or 80 kg of plastic, the spindle-driven pressing plate does the heavy lifting. The E219 can be placed in locations that are sensitive to cleanliness because it is powered by 3-phase electricity and has a low noise level.
